THE ESSENCE OF FRANCIACORTA

Franciacorta benefits from the most fortunate combination of Morainic terrain, favourable exposure for ripening and the mild climate of Lake Iseo.

These factors contribute to the creation of a Chardonnay with a distinct varietal note that can be transformed into elegance and structure.

The exposure of the vineyards on the hills behind the winery, where the subsoil is rich with sedimentary limestone rock, results in a delicate saltiness on the palate, complemented by the velvety, Mediterranean nuances of the pure Chardonnay.

This Satèn Vintage uses only pressed grapes with a must yield of 30%, to make wine exclusively in steel containers to protect all varietal characteristics, then resting on the lees in the bottle for at least thirty months.

The silkiness on the palate is reminiscent of fine velvet, accompanied by floral scents and a pleasant freshness to finish—especially ideal for delicate fish-based dishes.
