Nature isn’t a point of arrival, it’s the start of a journey that has taught us how to understand the most essential characteristics of our terroir in each and every detail.

In this Franciacorta, the area of Monticelli Brusati is fully expressed in a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that leaves room for the energy and complexity of the ensemble.

The grapes from Monticelli Brusati and Ome are gently pressed with a maximum must yield of 30%, followed by the careful selection of the best base wines that will be refined in steel and French oak tonneaux for at least nine months.

Careful blending precedes the tirage stage where the Chardonnay fruit acquires lasting qualities and the Pinot Noir, pressed without skin contact results in lasting aroma and flavour.

Saline notes complete the harmony between these two elements, bestowing the palate with a special aroma. Enjoy with hearty dishes, including meat, or lake fish such as dried twait shad, or more delicate dishes such as shellfish.
