A journey for those who cherish hidden beauty, silence, and a slower rhythm.
Following a welcome aperitif, we’ll guide you through the new barrel cellar — the beating heart of our winery and a symbol of quiet evolution.
The experience continues through the historic tunnels carved into the bedrock, where silence reigns and wine rests.
Here, in this suspended setting among bottle-lined walls and soft lighting, you’ll enjoy a deeply emotional dinner: two courses served at the table, paired with Essence Nature 2020 and Essence Noir 2019.
The grand finale? A dessert buffet in the residence’s grand salon, beneath sparkling chandeliers and timeless reflections — paired with our Riserva Quintessence 2015.
Please note: The cellar is kept at a cool temperature — we recommend appropriate clothing. A blanket will be provided for maximum comfort.
