A Taste of Time – The Antica Fratta Experience

Two full days for those who love to take their time — to taste, explore, and truly soak in the land and its stories.
Our guides will lead you through the new barrel cellar, the vibrant core of our winery, followed by a guided tasting of three Franciacorta wines: Cuvée Real s.a., Essence Nature 2020, and Essence Noir 2019 — authentic expressions of our time, our method, and our style.
Outside, in the garden, you’ll find gourmet tasting stations curated by Lanzani Bottega & Bistrot, featuring local culinary excellence to enjoy between sips. The entire experience is set to a relaxed ambiance with soft background music.

Cured meats, cheeses & tartare: Beef tartare with anchovies, capers and gherkins, 30-month aged Parma ham (San Ilario), DOP coppa, Artisanal salami, Val Trompia Formagella cheese
Vegetables: Fresh sautéed seasonal greens, Russian salad, Pickled vegetable mix (giardiniera)
Finger food: Carrot-ginger cream with seared octopus, Crouton with alpine butter and Cetara anchovies, Pulled pork sandwich with red cabbage and mustard
Desserts: Cream-filled cannoli, Chocolate-hazelnut tartlet, Mini chocolate-yogurt mousse
