Extensive resting on the lees in seeking the right level of complexity to bring out the elegance and pleasantness of the fruity and floral aromas.

This Franciacorta Vintage carries the elegant style of Chardonnay and the structure of Pinot Noir.
After soft pressing with a maximum must yield of 30%, followed by the selection of the most suitable musts for this vintage Brut, the base wines obtained solely from steel containers are carefully blended to proceed with resting on the lees for at least thirty months.

This full-bodied Franciacorta is ideal for pairing with refined pasta dishes and elaborate meat-based courses.
