THE HOME OF FRANCIACORTA<\/h1>\n

Fratta is the name of this small hamlet in the district of Monticelli Brusati on historic maps dating back to Napoleonic times. The name comes from the ruggedness of the mountains of glacial and alluvial origin which stand out against Franciacorta\u2019s Morainic hills.<\/p>\n
