A pure Pinot noir with no skin contact (Blanc de Noirs) able to transmit its complex aromas to the wine, conferring body, persistence in the mouth and elegance.

Type of grapes: 100% pinot noir.
Yield per hectare: 100 quintals per hectare, with a yield maximum allowed in must of 65%.
Vintage: Millesimo 2016 is a result obtained by the wise union of the best grapes of this vintage: the use of pinot noir, vinified in white, contributes to obtaining an elegant structured body
Harvest: Between mid-August and early September when the grapes have reached the correct sugar ripeness, but still have a considerable acidity and freshness
Maturation: Over 50 months of fermentation on lees. After disgorgement, the bottles rest in the cellar for another 5-6 months.
Colour: Rich, copper-tinged straw-yellow colour
Bouquet: The nose is fresh with toasted almonds aromas
Palate: Full, balanced and intense taste
Perlage: Fine and persistent, creamy mousse
Food pairing: Ideal with elaborate meat and full-flavoured fish dishes
Serving temperature: 7° – 8° C.
